Saw a patient who had been complaining of feeling really tired, having daily headaches, and was recently diagnosed with a Bell’s palsy. She had been to several doctors and no one was able to give her a proper diagnosis. A thorough dilated eye exam revealed chronic inflammation that led me to believe she had Sarcoidosis. She was immediately sent for further evaluation and her diagnosis was confirmed. She is now under treatment and doing much better. Ana eye exam changed a life today!
